I'm a US Navy veteran with a passion for creating and exploring the world in extraordinary ways. This is my showcase of random meanderings that combine artistry, craftsmanship and exploration. From sailing across oceans on a racing yacht, to long-distance motorcycle rides, to traditional woodturning, and wet plate collodion photography (that's where the moniker "Tintype Tim" comes from as I have been making tintypes for 20 years).
